The venue is wonderful, clean and the location is particularly good and incredible adjacent to amazing local patisserie, Piano Nobile and several cafes. All the rooms are great-sized with a balcony and the staff is superbly friendly.

It had an excellent location - quite a walk from an enormous palace. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

As for me, the area was really noisy.

I stayed for a week with my family, and we found our rooms to be spacious and well-equipped, featuring effective air conditioning and comfortable beds. The kitchen area in our suite was super convenient, and having a lovely balcony in our daughter’s room added a nice touch. Iva was very accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier and providing us with local recommendations. The location was fantastic.

Piano nobile rooms exceeded my expectations during my weekend trip! The breakfast was excellent, and the location made exploring the city super easy. After a busy day, the comfy bed was much appreciated.

The entrance looked shabby and was dim, not what I expected. Oh, I guess carrying my suitcases up 18 steps is common here. The wifi security was terrible, I felt so unprotected. A room upgrade woudl ve been nice since I clearly deserved it. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't.

great location but a few hiccups

The location provided easy access to all of the main attractions without feeling overly crowded. The cleanliness of the room stood out, with everything well presented and fresh. We particularly enjoyed the city view from our balcony. It added a wonderful backdrop to our stay.

The noise levels did not match the soundproofing promise.

The room had a modern design and reminded me of new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the touristic area, with bakeries and restaurants nearby. The owner was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for things to do and see. The internet connection was also reliable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
